  3. I really like the quality, it’s a great product, the only complaint I have is that the handle to reel in the hose is too low for me and I’m only 5′ 7″. Other than that it’s five stars and I can deal with the low reel handle.

  4. This is an excellent hose reel! The build quality is premium with all non-corrosive materials and heavy, sold brass hose fittings.

    My only quibble is that the top handle is too short so that it hits the back of your feet when rolling it behind you.

    I made a 13-inch extension handle to solve that issue. An included or optional extension handle would be a welcome addition.

  8. I think the construction is very solid and good but could be improved for ease of use.
    1.) Longer or extendable handle so I don’t have to bend over so much.
    2.) Larger wheels for ease of rolling thru tall
    grass or over rough ground.
    3.) Some place on handle where you can secure the end of your hose if you don’t have the guide to help evenly reel in your hose.
