I love the cart. Where gorillas hose comes up thru the cart to attach to it makes a pinching point. When you wind your hose onto the cart it gets stuck there. So when you go to pull the hose off the reel it gets stuck there. That’s the only problem that I have with it. Other than that it’s BEAUTIFUL.

Very nice house reel. Works much smoother than cheap plastic models. However it works so easily that it dispenses hose by itself. Doesn’t lock once hose is reeled in. Seems to me that an inexpensive spring loaded pin lock would have been the real tipping point to make this reel a top choice. Overall much better than what I had.

A great, high quality product. I wish it was a bit higher off the ground, as I damn near end up on my knees when we need to real in the hose. I also have the “taller” version of this real and find it much easier to use.

This replaced a plastic cabinet style hose reel. It works well! Assembly was easy.

A high quality hose reel kit that was nearly perfect for transporting, dispensing, and then storing a heavy ¾” garden hose. That would be 100 ft of thick-walled but very flexible (and pricey) hose. The brass connectors for the reel are much appreciated. I would only ask for two changes to be made for the next iteration of this hose reel – make the main handle adjustable, at least for length. The current handle is strong enough, but for me it is about six inches too short. I would also like to have larger wheels – with enough heavy hose on the hose reel the wheels are just not up to the job.

This was a great purchase for the house. Don’t have to worry about any of the unit rusting out and it comes with brass easy to use fittings and a heavy duty leader hose. In fact, I like it so much that I went and bought a second one for the house. So don’t hesitate if you’re thinking about it.
